THE SALON MARKETING MENTORSHIP

If you're a salon or clinic owner who

Sits down to do your marketing and ends up

Staring at a blank screen

With no idea where to start,

No idea what to post,

Stuck every single time,

This is for you.

Twice a month, in person, you get off the floor,

Bring your laptop, and sit down with a digital strategist

Who works at a salon every week as the in house marketer.

Who is seeing what is driving bookings, and it's not just Instagram.

Google Business Profile, website, social strategy, content,

We help you set all your marketing up, so the next time you sit down,

You're not stuck.

In person

Pierrots Hair and Brow Studio, Mount Lawley

Twice monthly

9:30am–2:30pm

"I post.

I show up.

So why isn't it converting into bookings?

Most salon and clinic owners start with more content

because it's the visible part.

The part everyone can see and judge.

So they post more.

They try more trends.

They hire a content creator, thinking it will bring in more clients.

And enquiries still trickle in, inconsistently.

Meanwhile the actual gaps sit underneath, untouched:

  • A Google Business Profile that's costing them local searches every day.

  •  A brand voice that sounds like every other salon in a five-kilometre radius

  • A website that doesn't answer a single question a new client

is typing into Google before they book.

You cannot post your way out of a foundation problem.

This mentorship exists because we got tired

of watching talented salon and clinic owners

burn themselves out creating content

that had nowhere solid to land.

is this for you?

This is for salon & Clinic Owners Who:

  • Are the doers, you're happy to do the work yourself, you just want it done properly, in the right order, with someone in your corner

  • Want a digital strategist in your back pocket, someone who works inside the salon each week, who you can ask real questions

and get real time feedback from someone who sees whats booking new clients each month.

  • Are based in or around Perth and can get to Mount Lawley twice a month

  • Knows you need time to work on your marketing, instead of leaving it as an afterthought and wondering why its not working

  • Want the energy and accountability of a room full of other salon and clinic owners, all doing the work

  • Are willing to start wherever you start and build the foundation first, even though content is the part they actually want to get to

  • Understand this is a six phase journey, most members are with us well past the minimum term because that's how long it actually takes to build it properly

  • Are ready to join now, spots are limited to ten active members, and there's no "next intake" to wait for

This isn't for you

if your after

  • Salon and clinic owners who want someone else to do it for them, this is supported, hands on coaching, not a done for you service

  • Anyone outside commuting distance of Mount Lawley, Perth, this is in person, not remote

  • Anyone expecting visible results in the first month or two, this phase is infrastructure, not output

  • Owners who want to jump straight into content creation without fixing what's underneath it first

  • Anyone who isn't willing to show up, sit down at their Trello board, and do the work between sessions

*If any of those is you right now, the [90-Minute Visibility Call] or the [Visibility Accelerator] are a better starting point.

You're welcome back here once you're ready to build

What does this membership look like?

A structured, in person group coaching mentorship that builds

your entire organic marketing ecosystem,.

You join, and from your very first session,

you're working through Phase One on your own Trello board,

your tasks, your lists, your build.

Twice a month, you get out from behind the chair and join us at Pierrots Hair and Brow Studio

in Mount Lawley, between 9:30am and 2:30pm,

Alongside a small group of salon and clinic owners,

some just starting out, some further along, all doing the work together in the same room.

This isn't a workshop you look and learn,

It's dedicated, hands on time to do your work, on your marekting, with real-time feedback the moment you get stuck,

and a strategist in the room who works inside a salon every week.

You do not start creating content the day you join.

You start by building what makes your content

work once you get there, and you move through

each phase in order, at the pace that's right for you.

Some of the salon and clinic owners in this room

have been with us for three years.

Not because they had to be, because the support,

the room, and the results kept being worth showing up for.

What we cover inside.

Phase One: Brand Foundations & Your AI Setup

Before anything gets built, we establish who you actually are as a brand.

What makes you different, what your why is, and how to give your business a voice that doesn't sound like every other salon in your area.

In this phase you also set up Claude properly, your dedicated projects for salon and clinic marketing and ownership,

your prompts, everything set up properly so you can actually use AI as a working tool in your business, not a novelty you tried once.

Phase Two: Google Business Profile

Session one is your visibility audit, a full breakdown of exactly what's not working in your Google Business Profile

right now, and what's quietly costing you local bookings.

Session two, we go back in together and fix what the audit found.

Most salons never do any work on their Google Business Profile except from day one of signing up.

It's the single highest return asset most businesses are ignoring.

Phase Three: Website

We do a full audit over your website, any broken links. Any pages that are missing for your salon/clinic to be found by new clients.

We share the gaps and show you what to do to fix this. You either do this yourself or have your web developer do it. If you dont have one, we can recomend someone who is amazing in this space.

Phase Four: Social Media Strategy

Content strategy, not content volume. This is where we build the system your content will actually run on. How to create content for social media that lands you over on Google Images and Videos. Hello more visibility for your salon/clinic. How to create content that actually drives bookings not likes.

Phase Five: Content & Distribution

Now its time to take this content and start distribution, Youtube shorts. Tik Tok, Pinterest.

Each phase builds on the

one before it.

By the time you're creating content, everything it needs to convert is already in place underneath it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to wait for the next intake to start?

No, There isn't one.

This mentorship stays open until we reach capacity then it closes to new joins, so whenever there's a seat, you start straight away,

at Phase One, on your own timeline.

Won't I feel behind if everyone else is further along?

No, because everyone is somewhere different. That's the point.

You'll be in the room with salon and clinic owners newer to this than you and others further into their build.

Nobody's on the same page, and nobody's expected to be.

You work your phase, at your pace, with support the whole way.

Why in person, and why group, not one onone?

Because you need three things most salon owners can't get in the same place:

Real strategy, real-time feedback, and a room of people who get it.

You're not paying one on one prices, and you're not sitting through a video call from your car between clients.

You're physically out of the salon, at the table, working, with a strategist in the room who works inside a salon every week and can answer the question the second you get stuck, and up to ten other salon and clinic owners doing the same work alongside you.

What actually happens in the room?

You bring your laptop or your phone, you open your Trello board, and you get to doing the work, with support alongside you the whole time. You're also welcome to bring a team member with you, so whoever helps you run your marketing day to day is in the room learning it alongside you, not hearing it second hand after the fact.

I'm not techy, can I keep up?

Yes. Nothing here assumes marketing training or technical background.

If you can run appointments in your booking software, you can run this,

and you've got a room full of support the moment something doesn't make sense.

How is this different from just watching tutorials or using ChatGPT myself?

Because a tutorial doesn't know your salon, and generic AI prompts produce generic content,

which is exactly what's making you sound like everyone else right now.

Every phase here is built specifically for hair and beauty businesses, taught in person by someone who is inside one every week, watching what's actually converting, with direct mentor access between sessions too, not just a recording you're left to figure out alone.

Why can't I just skip to the content? That's what I actually need.

Because content built on top of a broken Google Business Profile, a website that doesn't answer the right questions, and a brand voice that sounds like everyone else's, doesn't convert, it just adds more noise to a foundation that isn't working.

Every phase before content exists to make sure the content, when you get to it, actually has somewhere solid to land.

Skip the order and you're back to where you started: posting, and hoping.

You've built the skill.

The work behind the chair speaks for itself.

It's time to have more of the new clients you want without the overwhelm.
